About Sandya
Dr. Sandya Narayanswami is a life scientist who holds a PhD from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. Her unique skillset combines faculty-level research experience with a 15-year track record of obtaining funding from foundations and corporations.
A profound passion for and understanding of science, together with a deep knowledge of foundations enable her to interface effectively with faculty, create and run programs, steward relationships, and develop strategy. Dr. Narayanswami is an active member of several science related organizations. She is a student pilot and flies small planes whenever she has the opportunity. She resides in Los Angeles, California.
